About This Course

The module introduces on the concept of halal food, the halal management as well as the certification process to assure the presence Halal food in Halal food industry. It will provide an understanding of the fundamental of Halal. Further, it will cover on the process for Halal certification with respect to Malaysian standard, Halal management and operation in the Halal food industry.  In addition, Internal Halal Audit is also covered.
