About This Course
The module introduces halal food and certification process to assure Halal food in Halal food industry. It will provide an understanding of fundamental of Halal. Further it will inform the process for Halal certification, Halal management and operation in the Halal food industry. It also covers the requirement and implementation of internal Halal audit.
